Idea: a website that talks

We didn’t want to make yet another sneaker catalog. We wanted a store people visit for its character: the “bro” hero, pigeons, jokes on every page.

The idea, concept, approval, and all the details are ours. The site took about two months to build. All illustrations are hand-drawn, no neural networks. That’s why it has so many details.

What we learned

Our ad: idea, production, and models are ours.

Leads multiplied. But we shipped sneakers cash on delivery with no prepayment: the client paid at the post office if they came. About 30–40% of orders were never picked up, and at the start we covered delivery ourselves — it was free.

The takeaway: idea and brand open the door, but the economics are decided by “prepayment + delivery + cost per customer in ads.” You need to calculate it before launch.

That’s why in “Full launch” we build the brand, website, and first ads together, include prepayment or order confirmation, and calculate the cost per order in advance.

How we work: the rules

Revisions

A round of revisions is one consolidated list, up to 5 items. An item is one change in one place. If you need it “more modern,” send a short brief: everyone has their own “more modern.”

Our mistakes

Mistakes caused by us are fixed for free; that’s not a revision.

After launch

30 days of service for free. After that €50 per month: 2 requests to support and 2 revisions (swap images and banners, change prices, add products or information). Any revision over the limit is €15.

Copy

We write sales and creative copy. Technical data (specs, prices, product descriptions) comes from you; we don’t invent what isn’t there.

Domain, hosting, and ad account

The domain and ad account are registered in your name; we work in them via access. You pay for the domain, hosting, and ads directly yourself; they’re not included in the service.

Old website

We don’t rework an old website; we build a new one: figuring out someone else’s code takes longer and costs more.

Payment and rights

50% before start, the rest before we hand over the final files. Logo and layout rights transfer to you after full payment and signing the acceptance certificate.

If we don’t hear back

If you don’t respond for 14 days, we send a written reminder; after another 7 days the project is considered complete and closed with a certificate.

These packages are proven solutions. If you need a design nobody has seen before, that’s a custom project.
